AdSense is good but they banned me when someone else clicked on the links so I gave up with them

You can try adbrite and chitika. I guess Adbrite's minimum payout is $10 for paypal and 20 for cheque. Chitika's minimum payout is $10 at paypal

I used Bidvertiser. It gives very low click rates in the beginning. I shifted back to adsense because of that. I was told click rates improve over a period of time. Try if you are patient.

adsense is the highest paying for me so far, lol

I also prefer to adsense since I never encounter problems in adsense

I still preferred to use adsense. Google already paid me through their adsense program. You only need to achieved $100 and they will pay you.

Adsense is also the best for me. I get no problems with it. Though it really takes time for me to reach 100$ and get paid, I still prefer to use it.
