Not yet, but it's poised to.
When you're on top there's no where else to go but down.
Of all of those mentioned, YPN had the best chance to really contend for teh contextual crown. But when they displayed what seemed like pure disdain for publishers and dragged their "beta" out for years while banning publishers left and right without a clear and concise plan of attack they pretty much squandered that opportunity.
None of the others have the the technological resources nor the financial backing to truly affect Google's market share in a big way.
But I say they are poised to because the market is just waiting for someone to come in and do exactly what Google does, even if they don't do it better, and pay more than Google.
There is irrefutable proof of that if you look back at YPNs launch. Their network was shaky, their user interface was horrible, their stats were delayed, but there was still a MASSIVE wave of webmasters switching to them because they paid better and they stayed with them as long as that continued to remain true.
