anyone else,
preferably someone who started off with Zero traffic and experienced an explosion of traffic in a short amount of time............
.....notice that google is screwing u?
they only credit me with half of the clicks that Im getting.
thats half of my earnings cut, right off the bat.
sometimes its MORE than half.
im so pissed right now i cant think straight...
all the hard work going into getting traffic, ect.... monitizing...
only to be ganked by google at the end.....
i know im not the only one.

Are you talking about adsense? Adwords? In the immortal words of Johnny 5, "Need more input!"

oh, im talkin about adsense
i just dont see how in the world i can get 20,000 uniques in a day,
and only amount to 20 somethin clicks.
the information i have gathered indicates i got over 50 clicks.
adsense didnt even report the correct number of page views....
its like they cut everything precisely in half

My earning is also going down & no idea if it's because of duplicated links on homepage which made google pagerank go down from 5 to 4 & that resulted into less visitors & low earning or any other reason...hmm!

50 clicks out of 20k uniques is horrid. you're doing something wrong with your placement, blending, or something....
i'd be raking in $250-300 with that number of uniques

brian u can see the placement at sloopo.com
the majority of views are on single pages, and the index/single.php have slightly differant ad placement.
not the best, but not too shabby
i emailed google and got some BS scripted response...
...i really dont think theres much i can do about the clicks that i didnt get credit for...
at this rate i'll break the $100 mark today or 2morro,
and bye bye adsense.
unless of course they ban me, which i almost expect to happen

Yeah...I'm having the same problems with Adsense. It's a pile. A new ad network just found me yesterday so I'm getting ready to ditch Adsense. The new ad network is action sports based and is going to only work exclusively with 10 action sports sites...one being mine. I'm so pumped.

now adsense is just actin' weird on my site...
sloopo.com
adsense will appear on the index but when you click on an article, the sidebar is all screwed up, a big blank spot... and i keep noticing public service ads...
i guess this means im soon to be banned... figures.....
im right at $90 and some change... and was fixin to switch from adsense any **** way.... what a bunch of crooks.
kontera just accepted me so im gonna see what thats all about, and i guess ill have to see whats up with YPN

I've heard some good things about both of those networks. I think I'm pretty much through with contextual ads for the most part. I'm going to try to privatize my advertising slots now. I'm finally starting to get people approaching me about ad slots so I think I'm gonna run with that. I'll just use YPN and Adsense when the slot is open..or run in-house ads to push my other sites, etc.
Let us know how Kontera works out for you. I've been meaning to give them a go for awhile.

Doesn't mean you're about to be banned, it means that either google can't figure out what your page is about or the advertisers who were displayed there blocked your site from showing their ads because nobody clicks/converts.
I know AdSense is fickle, but I don't think they're to blame here. Haven't had a chance to review your site, but how relevant are the ads to your content? And are you sure you're getting 20k uniques? I just can't believe your ctr is so incredibly... low.

BTW, you can also turn off public service ads and set it to just display a blank space.

Google's customer care service is really bad. They need to work on that. Free services ( although ad supported ) aren't really free if you don't offer any support.

You ARE being paranoid.
1: Just because you see a blank space or a PSA doesn't mean you're going to be banned..sheesh It has nothing to do with it. Adsense is unable to precisely deliver a target at AT THIS TIME. Be patient. How old is the site?
2: The ads look terrible. Sorry but they do. The placement sucks and against the snow white bg they just scream AD.
3: The ads that do show are more often than not, totally unrelated to the content of the page. I'm reading about Chicago police and I'm seeing ads on Tsunami relief. Use <!-- google_ad_section_start --> <!-- google_ad_section_end --> in your content.
4: Your alexa ranking is pretty bad bro...And I have to ask what's been asked already, you sure about those uniques? What logfile reader are you using?

of course the alexa ranking is bad. is like 3 million somethin.
but thats 3 MONTHS average...
sloopo has only been up and running since july 4th 2007.
if you check out the last few weeks alexa you'll see what im talkin' about.
i checked awstats again,
35k uniques...
and maybe your right about the ad placement, ect
i was told to make everything blend with the site...
i was also told that plain jane is good...
still no response from google...
and there where more clicks not reported today...
i made $2.50............

Ok let me ask a few questions then...
1. What draws the most SE traffic... your homepage or post pages?
2. Have you tried different ad blocks?
3. Have you always had so many ads on your site? You've got a lot at the moment.
Political blog readers are becoming just as ad-blind as tech blog readers, but that still doesn't explain why your CTR is so abysmal. Your layout is all black and white, which probably isn't helping your situation. If it were me, and I'm not an adsense publisher, I would have put one banner below the post title, one banner in the body of the post, and one skyscraper in the sidebar. I'd also drop the adbrite and that other thing that takes you to another page where you have to click "Skip this ad". Those things are more obnoxious than popups.

As I understand it, forum CTRs are low by nature. I also don't know if your data could be considered statistically relevant just yet.
