please tell me if there is any

I would probably apply to YPN, they're the next-best after Adsense I'd say.

Although your advice is good , but what to do when YPN isn't international and you are from some where outside USA

Have you thought about Adbright and Chitika?

Have you ever thought about CPA networks?

I'm pretty sure you just can't display adsense on proxified pages, the main page is fine.

Adsense, while good, isn't the be all and end all. It's the easiest to earn with though, initially, but you can earn with others. It takes a bit more work and testing though.

I decided to try others so that I'm not reliant on adsense because, frankly, it disturbs me that i can send them thousands of $ worth of clicks and one day they can just ban me and keep all the money.

With bidvertiser I get on average $0.08 a click with them which isn't bad for an arcade site, considering half the arcade owners moan about getting $0.01 a click with Adsense! I also use some cpm networks and a few cpa offers here and there.

With CPA, you're going to have to figure out, through testing, what will convert for your users. With bidvertiser you'd have to try out different ads, because you approve your own. I've noticed a few threads about certain CPM companies no longer allowing proxies, so you'd have to look into which ones accept them.

To tell you the truth Contexaclick has not even officially launched (even though it is fully functional) and the average bid is around 5 cents, however there are advertisers signing up and making ads set at 30 cents per click and higher. I'll be launching in just a few days.

I would check out ( cant post links yet but: boostedads .com ) - You can put the ads on the proxified pages as long as you state that in the " Where your ads are shown " area.

Boosted ads has a **** load of features, check it out

CPA networks has made quite a few people some good money. Some people earn over $100,000 a month. I don't think they had proxy sites to earn this amount though.

If you don't want to use cpa networks, then I would try chitika or maybe you could even try auctionads. I'm currently trying actionads on a small site of mine.
