is there anything like an adsense / adwords "worldwide click report"?

what i am interested in, is the average click-rate/-behaviour of people from countries around the world.

so far, i am targeting: Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Guam, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlaying Islands, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (US), Zimbabwe
in adword campaigns, but i really would like to know, whether some of those countries are known for a "low click profile"

can i myself anyhow gather data regarding the impression of an ad in a particular country and the resulting ctr from adwords itself? i have not found anything like that yet in adwords.

would i have ultimately to chop the campaign into 15 country-specific campaigns? but wait, i can only use one keyword at a time in one adwords account, right ? so, there must be a different way?

someone else MUST have taken an analytical approach at analyzing his adsense and adwords data

Hmm - not sure how easily available this information is. As far as I know, Adsense doesn't let you tell anyone what your CTR is anyway so it would be hard to gather the data even on your own without breaking the rules. Also from what I can tell, there is no way for you to tell where a click came from (i.e. Country wise) in the adsense stats (unless you use a load of different channels)

Google themselves might have something like this hidden away somewhere, but I doubt it.
