Ok, so I need to increase my daily Google earnings..

I need to increase this **** so I can quit my boring day job so that I get time to focus on the online market only.

I'm getting about 8,000 visitors per day combined on two sites. But noone seems to be clicking the ads. My CTR is below 0.5% every day.

Give me tips on what I can do to increase my earnings. Ad placements, colors, formats, anything.

The two sites are www.dashadyspot.com and www.dashadyboard.com.

I'm even interested in hiring someone who knows a lot about this stuff. I know that I can make more money than I do now from the sites that I run. But I don't really know what to do, and that's really frustrating.

your coding on the site is leading to irrelevant ads.

i got 8 ads for background checks and volunteering.

it's not your placement.

its the markup around your content.

Yeah, I've noticed lately that my ads aren't always relevant.

Could you please give me an example of how I could fix this, as I don't know much about this stuff?

stop using tables and using images where the doesn't need to be an image and using non-semantic markup.

your layout is easy to make without a single table, and text-over list-based graphic navigation.

Deep links to interior content pages. This will increase 1) the relevancy of your traffic and 2) the quantity. This will increase revenue.

Do rap ads pay very highly?

I think you may be better off affiliating with a music provider, offering ringtones, downloadable tracks (think Napster) or even posters. Go for the merchandise approach, and maybe also think about dropshipping (T-shirts, hats etc..)

Rap ads pay low. Ringtones are the replacement, IMHO.

Even though you want to make more money it does take the right strategies. There is alot of methods that are time consuming and dont work.

Yes, you need to improve your code and make them more interesting and blend it with the content and change the text colors every few days just so when users think its an ad it changes and they don't really know and it looks like updating content.

I know rap pays very low, so ring tones would bring in a lot of cash. I think jamster has a program with a good percentage.
