Ok, so I got banned from adsense as I had invalid clicks. I was using my mum's name on the account as I am not legally allowed to have an account due to my age.

Now when I started making a lot of money from adsense, it attracted a few clickers and invalid clicks were generated. So they banned my mum's account.

Now my dad, is pretty tech savvy and decided he wants to go and start a website. He already had a company website and thought that it would be sweet to have another one earning him some side cash.

So he set up a site and applied to adsense with his name and email. Now adsense approved him and then 2-5 days down the track they ban him from adsense. There reasoning was that his account was related to my mum's or the one that I was using.

Why can some people have like 5-6 accounts by themselves yet my mum and dad can't even have there own accounts. This is ridiculous. And before you ask, I was not using my dad's account, it was all done on his behalf.

He emailed adsense and asked if he could be reinstated, they said no. Then he asked if I signed up when I come of age, will I be banned as well because I am his son, we are yet to recieve a reply.

Can anyone shed any light on this situation, I would really like to be able to sign up an account when I turn 18, but by the looks of things I will be banned even before I start.

Same thing happened here. Well kinda, my dad's account got banned, and I won't bother applying for my mom. Well, most 18 year olds leave the house, I suggest you move, then apply 'again'. At least that's what I'm going to do.

But when Jeremy talks about it, he says he just sets up an LLC for a big earning website and then signs up a single adsense account for it. Using the same address he has for other adsense accounts. Maybe the thing I need to do is set up an LLC.

Maybe you should have read the TOS. You must be 18 before you join Adsense. And google can easily trace all the accounts though IP addresses, mailing addresses, SS numbers and cookies.

Please, don't give me this **** and bull story. DaveTurnbull has adsense, Skribblez had adsense, both of them are underage. My age didn't have anything to do with it as the account was banned for having invalid clicks.

Google is being difficult again. What an odd company....

Age has nothing to do with it. I emailed them and they said that it's ok if an underage person runs a site with adsense, and even manages the adsense account. The only exception is that the SS#, name, etc. must belong to an adult. It's up to the adult to actually give you the money.

Screw Google. I got banned for invalid clicks after a few payments (yes i'm under age).. I then signed up a while later (leaving the dirty tactics behind) under my mums name with my dad's address, I'm nervous as I am waiting for a 200US deposit and I really need it. It's supposed to be coming.

But I think it would be better to get into CPA offers instead of AdSense, I'm trying to switch now, not much luck but read DaveTurnbull's articles in Azoogle Contest Entries.. some pretty helpful stuff there.

So you got banned from adsense using your mom's information and then you sign up for another account (against theTOS BTW) and complain after getting banned a second time? Speaking of **** and bull...lol

Hmmmmm, you are one weird guy Worldwebuser. Google just saw my dad sign up and my mum sign up. Not me, basically what you are saying is that they are sitting behind me watching me sign up to Adsense?

Exactly, and thus the reason why your dad got banned illusion. You're first account was banned when you tried to cheat the system, then google sees the same ip, address and so on but different name sign up - do you really think this ISN'T going to raise a flag somewhere within google?

Ok let me address some issues

I have a dynamic IP
There are many husbands and wives or even the same people that have multiple accounts under different family members
And I didn't try to cheat the system, it just so happened that I was using myspace marketing and they clicked my ads too many times

When I requested info from Adsense - age did not seem to be a factor.

The reason it because either when he signed up for an account Google tracked the address or your computer. If an old banned account has that same address then it's a dead giveaway that someone from the computer is trying to get around the situation.

Here's what I did when I got banned. I went and created another website from a friends computer (so the IP was entirely different) it worked. Plus I got may adsense account protected with "Adsense Click Fraud Lock". It prevents bozo's from clicking and messing with your account from invalid clicks. (yep, there are people out there that does nothing else but screw with other peoples adsense).

All I can say if you decide to get another AS account. Try building it from your friends computer instead and get protected.
