First of all, What are low paying ads. What price would you consider a low paying ad on ppc service like google adsense.

How do you track those links so you can block them on google? If so with a script, can you please link me to free adsense tracking script?

Google automatically finds the highest paying ads that will get clicks for your site. Getting rid of low paying ads is more for CPM. If your ads get a low CPC, it's because your topic is not very valuable. If you have a low click through rate, try better placement or changing the colors.

Well such scripts means hacking in to google which in response will left you with a ban. So be careful. make your content valuable to get high CPC ads.
