Well you have a bank account don't you? I'm assuming you have one because how else would you withdraw your money 
Most banks these days give you a free debit card that acts as a credit card as well that draws money directly from your bank account.
If yours doesn't find a local bank that does and sign up for a cheap checking account just to get the card. |
