When putting adsense on sites other than the one accepted, do you have to inform adsense that you are doing so? Thanks

I would be careful about what new sites you put it on, you don't want to accidentally violate the TOS on a small site and threaten a revenue source for your bigger site because they closed your adsense account.

How could you violate the TOS simply by putting ads on another site? If the content of the other site contains adult content, profanity, hacking etc. will google cancel your account or simply prevent the ads from displaying?

What he is saying is just to be carefuly. Say you have a site making a good income and then you make a stupid little mistake like have more than three adblocks on some small site that doesn't earn much revenue and you get banned. Then you have lost your income on the larger site.

So would it be better to register another legitimite Adsense account for the other site then? I'd rather do it that way, so they're seperated into their own specific accounts, I'm just worried that Google thinks I'm tricking them or something

Why don't you just ask Adsense support?

You would have to found a company for this, since you aren't allowed to register two accounts for yourself.

They say clearly you may have adsense on more than one website

In the help section, the second thing down shows you how to use same code ( under: My account * adding more websites ) on multiple websites and actually discourages opening more than 1 account, even if you have seperate business entities

If what you're doing on one site is working, multiply it and hopefully you can have a whole fleet of money making sites

As long as they allow it, I don't care. What if you have several big sites getting you good money through AdSense and then some stupid stuff happens for whatever reason and you get banned? If you only have one account, then your entire (AdSense) income is gone. If you opened several accounts through different companies, only one part of your income is gone.
