How long does it take for Adsense to display your ads?

Two days ago I enabled the Google Content network for an ongoing ad campaign.

SO far I have had 0 impressions or clicks.

How long does it usually take?

you probably have to higher your bid price..

Mine appeared within minutes. You are probably not bidding enough.

Is the Google Content network cheaper than the Google Search Network?
I have heard that you can bid less for the Content network.

I emailed Google AdWords support for the heck of it and they said that my add was in the review que and to be patient.

What do you think?
