Digg style google Ads?

Does any one know how digg does those google ads so they are just one large one at the top?

Well, Digg is a premier publisher (or premium I can't remember the term) for Google Adsense, so they get special perks and ad styles just for them. This ad may be something you can't replicate.

This format of Google Ads is only available to websites that receive at least 20 million page views per month. If you meet this requirement then you can apply for premium Google Adsense here.

You're not allowed to mess with your Google ads (except for what they allow) unless you're a premium publisher.
