Ok, so I only have been up a few days, but I know this helped as soon as I did it and that was adding google sectional comments to some of the content. Why did I feel I had to do it? Well here is a sample.
On one of my pages I have a article about a certain type of "Grip". Because my keywords had the word heavily used, I was getting ads posted on the site that had "Golf Grips", But my site is not about golf. So I took the sectional comments and put them around a block of content that had heavy keywords of the subject to my site. Instantly the ads changed, and now are relivent to that page!
Can anyone add to this note?:thumbup:

yeah it works quite well!

i haven't tried section targeting but I might someday
