I'm about to release a new site, do I need to submit it to adsense or something? If not, do I just use the same javascript to put the ads on my old site to my new one?

Yeah same code, make sure you add a new channel so you can keep track of what site is getting how many clicks, etc.

That is one of the flaws in adsense in my opinion - simply letting people sign up sites without having them reviewed.

It can benefit people short term but can come back to haunt them now that the adsense bot can store the page info so google can now check if they had broke TOS. Initially, people were able to get away with launching several MFA sites and directing people to click ads and not get caught as the bot never cached it.

It is good that you dont need to get each site approved, but it is also one reason why so many MFA sites got under the radar and became such a problem.
