I would like to start my internet businesses in the next couple of months, though I'm really tight on money at the momment, I would like to earn some money what will help me to start it up.

I would like to earn as much money as possible but I'm new to the advertisment side of things, can you please help me get it going?

If you've got no money, but you've got time, then one of the best things to do is just start writing articles on either a blog or for freelance. That way, you can build up funds or content and eventually expand when you have more cash.

Getting ads that pay by impression may be more benneficial to your site. Forums tend to have low CTR. If you do use adsense try to blend it more and you should get a logo instead of a placeholder. I would suggest not starting with a forum. Forums are one of the hardest things to do online to earn money especially a forum with no specific focus. Try a myspace site or something with a turnkey script. You can get the script free. Just buy a domain, hosting and start promoting.
