I just filtered out ebay ads and just now i have gone from making 5c-10c a click to making 1.70 off of 3 clicks. Would this change be just from taking away the ebay ads or somthing else? and will it stay like this from now?

There's really no way to know. It's possible that the eBay ads were making up a large portion of what was being displayed and so removing them made room for other ads, but 3 clicks isn't a lot...certainly not enough to say all your clicks will now be over $1. Once you start getting a few hundred clicks per day that all average around $1...then you can safely bet that it will stay higher for a while.
Yeah, your sample size is too low. It may be that removing the eBay ads made room for other inventory, or just that those ads were the only availible inventory at the time which could be replaced with lower paying ads in the future.
