There's too much going on in the right pane. just narrow stuff down. For starts I would get rid of:

Google search bar.
"RSS feed" link
Technorati
"Recommended monkey makers"
"Author"
AdBright - Can't run them with Google, unles Google updated their ToS
Traffic Ranking
Site Meter

Also, I would reduce the size of the right pane to half its current size, this gives you more room for content, and AdSense Placement.

I would then move the large AdSense rectangle up into the first post on the right hand side.

From there, I think,it's all tinkering with stylesheets.

Hello Desmond,

I beilieve i already commented on your blog's design in the review thread. About ads removal, it defintely has too much ads there. I would remove that big bulky box that starts before (?!) the first post, this gives the impression of an over-advertised blog and drives visitors away instantly.
