have you ever compared your adsense stats with your website stats..
i was regularly watching both of them since last 5-6 months.

So i was wondering to discuss it, if i'm not mistaken, there should be many many page impressions in my adsense report... which is not.

i've confirmed public service ads are not been served. i've created channels to track, but most of the times report didn't show all channels even if there are many page loads.

any idea ?

for eg. this site linkaddirectory.com i've created channels top and footer
but in adsense report i only see footer channel and not top even ads are displayed.

wiered...

does this anything to do with placement of adsense code with script code or html ? :td:

I encountered that too, but then I ignore the difference.

Remember that not all of your page impressions result in adsense impressions. I'm behind a websense filter at work that blocks adsense, so if I visit your site, you'll see me in your web statistics, but not your adsense. If a person closes your page before it loads the adsense portion (which is usually one of the last things loaded) you'll see the same thing. I'm not sure how most ad blocking software works, but that would likely cause the same results as the websesne scenario that I mentioned above.

oh ya this could be the reason....!

BUT

how it is possible that adsense recorded footer page impression and NOT of the header...? as in linkaddirectory.com i keep getting either one of the ad impression either header or footer.. same at with other site wi3.org.
