I saw a lot of the rapidsheare search engine site use adsense. Are they safe,or they only ask for banning of their sites?

Actually, it is not allowed, though it is not clearly stated in Adsense TOS. That is because most of these sites are not content-based, and hence strictly speaking, Google should ban these sites.

Well warez sites are strictly not allowed in adsense, same is the case with adult sites.

But there are many cool alternatives you can use that can pay you higher then adsense
