Nice to find this forum here. Dealing only with google via email is ridiculous.

Here's my problem. I signed up with adsense with a site that I used to have about 6 months ago. I was approved and began to show ads. Shortly after I ended up giving up on that site. When I started my new one recently, I decided I wanted my google ads on it, but instead of researching google on how to do this, I stupidly made the choice to just delete my old account, and open a new one with my new email address.

So, I re applied with the new account. Couple days later I receive an email saying that I was not approved because my account information is associated with another account that currently has adsense, then it shows me the email address of the account they are talking about, which is the one I had deleted.

I tried one more time with the same result, so I emailed google. First of all, it took over a week just for them to get back to me. Of course they sent the basic email about clearing cache and enabling ssl and all that good stuff that I had going already. I responded saying that didn't work. From here on it took about 2 days to get a response. During these two days, I decided to re create my old account, and maybe it would let me login to adsense. Doesn't work, says the account doesn't exist.

The next email I get from google seems to be from an actual person. She tells me that she has updated my account information and that I can login with my current email and login password. So I go to try it and it doesn't work. Tried it like 20 times. I then responded to the email saying that didn't work. 2 days later I get an email thanking me for following up on the matter and with details on how to clear my cache and enable ssl. At the bottom of the email it asks for a few things if this doesn't work:

- Can you send me a screenshot showing this problem?
- What browser version are you using?
- What operating system version are you running?
- What is the exact URL that is causing you trouble?
- Does this issue occur in a different browser or on another computer?


I sent them an email with everything they asked for on the 9th and have still had no response.

It's like I still have adsense, but have no way of accessing it. Anyone ever had this happen to them?

Well, finally, over 2 weeks after the initial problem began, google has fixed my account. I'm telling you it's the worst feeling trying to communicate with a tech support that literally takes no less than 2 days to respond to every email you send. Finally, after I sent them screen captures of each page that lead up to the problem, they were able to get it fixed. So yay, I can use adsense again.
