Thanks for any help in advance. I have a blog at http://www.statops.com where I write up stuff about statistics and operations research. On this site, I haven't received any clicks on my ads yet (course, there's not a lot of traffic...) and I'm wondering if the ads are well placed and if I should maybe emphasize them a bit? I was thinking about making the link text red in color, which might stand out on a pretty much monochrome page. Thanks.

Try a white background on your ads for better integration.
Thanks! Changing it now ;-). I guess my instinct would be to draw people's attention to them, without, as Google says, using images or "graphical gimmicks"?
