Do you guys think there is a difference between the ad type and the ammount of clicks? I just put the skyscrapper image on my site and I notice that sometimes it takes a second or 2 longer to load then the site so I was thinking about switching to text to speed up the load.

Any thoughts?

Images ads would always take a longer load time than contexual ads. I do see better earnings with image only ads on my humor sites, but this is with my experience.

Use the one which fits with your overall site design, if your site is more text oriented use text ads otherwise image ads. What matters most is that ads should not stand out from the rest of the content imo.
