Adsense Approved or not?

I was trying to figure out whether my website is adsense approved or not. My guess is not!!

but I was wondering if there is anywhere on google adsense that you can submit your website to be evaluated before putting the ads online and possibly getting banned or punished...

I know the policies page, but sometimes some websites are borderline, and I would rather to have the websites validated by Google employee before putting advertising online....
