I have registered a domain www.makeonlineearnings.com and I am getting very less number of clicks from the site.How can I increase the number of visitors and clicks.Any one please help

I think the main problem is that your page is loaded with ads, so the first impresion is this site is selling me something not offering me anything.
however you have integrated the ads color scheme and your content color scheme well.
If your site is not getting much traffic yet then the clicks will obviously be small too. how new is your site?
I have also recently published a site, all I can say is it takes time to get it out there and for people to find you, be patient and it will pick up if you are doing all the needed promotion.
1 suggestion I have would be to place some of the ads in the middle area of you site, allow people to find them as they are looking through your actual content, rather than have to get by them to find your content. worse come to worse, just play around with different layouts until you find one that works. but firstly get the traffic then worry about the clicks.

Yes traffic is the most important thing to get clicks to your adsense ads. You just can't fill up the pages with ads and expect to get clicks if you have very few visitors. The best thing you can do is fill up your site with related and high quality contents, put the ads where they are most visible and are matching the colour of the site and start working on your traffic.

For any site of mine that is new I do not even put ads on it for the first few months. Instead focus on unquie quality content and focus on what your readers want. You need good content.

The second biggest thing is on page SEO ond off page SEO. This can be learned on many different areas of this forum. Get the on page SEO factors down first and then focus on off page factors.

Some major things you can do is write quality articles and then post them on article directories like ezinearticles. This will get you some traffic and backlinks. Secondly focus on long tail key words and work that content into your sites.

Once you get things like that down you will be able to target more profitable keywords.

1. Directory submission: Submission in good PR directory site. Make sure submission in relevant category.
2.Create a site with valuable content, products or services.
3. Articles submission: Write quality of articles, those address your site content. Submit these article in good sites who provide you faster approval.
4. Press release: Submit your press release to various social sites.
5. Blogs creation: create a blogs and submit good matter and submit this blog to various site.

I have lots of money sites and it all are working good and earn good money from it and I am using many tools for more clicks and traffic like DropZone Tectics, Smart Auto Blogger, Bookmarking demon etc...
