I would like to create a forum purely for adsense and was hoping for any ideas from everybody.

1. How to create a forum with Dreamweaver CS3
There's no need to, you can use an open source forum like phpBB or SMF, check out www.opensourcecms.com for demos, or you can go for a commercial solution, vBulletin and InvisionBoard are popular.

2. If mySQL is involved how do you implement it
All the forum developers normally provide step by step setup instructions. If you're still stuck and you have a friendly web host you could ask them to help you.

3. How to advertise your forum
That's a big subject, get your forum set up first then come back here and search for threads that deal with promotion - it's been discussed many times!

4. How to set up passwords for your users.
Normally a forum script will automate signups and users will choose their own usernames/passwords when they join.

5. How to set auto-responders for your user
Not sure what you're asking here???

6. Can I have the forum set up on my website
Yes you can set up a forum on any web hosting account that has the right facilities, typically about 99% do!

or seeing as your site is hosted on IIS and therefore running ASP, go and download the Snitz Forum and implement that with Access as your database.
