I have noticed and seen that many people are receiving this kind of mails. Can anyone explain. This is ridiculous. And they do that before they have pay us. How the hell can we control the invalid clicks. And I doubt that they return the money to advertisers.

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the Google ads on your site(s). In the future, we may adjust your
payment for any days during which invalid clicks occurred in order to
properly credit advertisers for any invalid activity.

As a reminder, any method of generating invalid clicks is strictly
prohibited. Invalid clicks include but are not limited to any clicks
that are generated through the use of robots, automated clicking tools,
manual clicks by a publisher on the publisher's own web pages, or a
publisher encouraging others to click on his ads.

If you are clicking on the ads on your web pages for testing purposes,
please note that clicking on your own ads or encouraging others to do
so for any reason is prohibited, due to the potential for inflation of
advertiser costs. Please be assured that there is no need to test the
ads on your site, as our specialists review all of our ads to ensure
that they meet Google's advertising standards.

If you would like to visit the destination of an ad to view its content
or to add it to your filter list, you can use the AdSense Preview Tool,
available here:.................
The Google AdSense preview tool is an addition to the right-click menu
for Windows Internet Explorer 6.x, allowing you to preview the ads that
may show on any web page. Clicks and impressions from the preview tool
are not applied to the advertiser's account. You can click through to
the target site without worrying about invalid clicks being generated
on your account, and without costing the advertiser for your test
clicks.

will be happy to help in any way we can.
SO WRONG WHEN WE DO THEY END UP SAYING ITS THEIR RULE BLA BLA WITHOUT GIVING US THE PROOF ABOUT INVALID CLICKS. BESIDES MOST OF THE TIME THE ADDS ARE SAMEEEEE OLD AND BORING. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU UPDATE THE SITE THEY ARE NOT GOOD IN CHOOSING ADDS. LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE LOOSING ADVERTISERS. NO CLUE !!!

Glad to find this place hope things might change now. If you know any site better than g - ads do tell us.

They don't need to give you proof. they can terminate your account at any time, It was in the terms that you agreed to when you signed up.

The email just looks like a warning. I'd suggest you re-read the terms (properly this time) and make sure your site complies with them entirely.

Digitalcircus: you're in the loud minority here. I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but in most cases there's usually a pretty obvious sign (or series of signs) of click fraud that take place (really high CTRs, many clickthroughs from a single IP, etc.)

As far as AdBrite goes, I've tried it. It's a waste of time, since everyone gets accepted automatically (including spammers) so it drops the price down for ad publishers. There really isn't a good alternative, either (except maybe YPN and I can't try it so I can't tell you how good it is.)

I think im on the side of google on this. Im also a advertiser on sites for my construction company (www.lusori.com ) and it sucks that i have to play for clicks but not get any feedback. People should only click on the ads if they are genuinely interested.
