I usually sleep for 3 hours twice a day. But i recently started doing volunteer work in an animal rescue centre 3 days a week between 9 and 4:30, and it takes me an hour and half to get there. So im getting about 6 hours a night now.

Between the volunteer work, My online work and the pub theres not much time for sleep.

About 8. Anything less and I'll be sleepy all day, anything more I'll be cranky

I try to sleep at least 8 hours a day to keep my sanity lolz

I tend to have a bad day if I don't get enough sleep (especially if someone purposely woke me up) because I'll feel sleepy all day.

I don't sleep any hours a day, but I do usually get about 6 at night!
