Coolio - Well i started using this name at a forum i go to called Rpg Dreamers Forum, and when i first registered i'd just watched Kenan and Kel, and the lead singer of the theme is.. COOLIO! So it was painted in my memories and i used it!

I once had a company named Crazy Technology. I just though of the username 'CrazyTech' and I had never heard it used before, so I just took it up.

I am from Texas so that is where the TX comes from and I have been working out for 17+ years so the bbuilder abbreviates bodybuilder. And I can barely spell narcissistic so don't start with the stereotypes..lol

I never know what to call me, so I just looked through 'Lord of the Rings' and saw the name Lorien. I liked it and I use it almost everywhere.

Interesting thread, Dave!

I got my username from the videogame character Conker (a squirrel, so I guess that explains why I have a chipmunk avatar), but nterestingly enough, not from the popular N64 game that everyone knows. There was actually a GBC game before that called Conker's Pocket Tales, which I loved at the time. Incidentally, I liked the game around the time I started getting into forums, so the name stuck, even after I had lost interest in the game and the series.

My name is fairly simple. My intials are GEW, and one day, some kid in class noticed that my intials spelled "GEW" and so they started calling me that, and then later another kid started calling me GEWbert, and i liked the name, so it stuck

my username is from my domain name, and how did i come up with the domain name?

I was searching for hours one night in 2000, and I just couldn't find any great available domain names that I wanted. I thought, geesh, this sucks.

Yeah.

, so out of curiousity, I put "geesh.com" into the domain lookup, and VOILA! I had my new domain name!

Pronounced Kroder, not Shroder.

Used it for a couple years now, never had a problem getting it on any registrations

I came up with my name when I first started playing LAN games in about '96 (the old-timer gets his pipe out now).

I laughed at my friends for the frankly unoriginal, and mostly innacurate, names like "Mr Killah" and "Death-bringer" so I decided that I would show them.

I'm into mythology (actually, I'm into lots - but if you want good names then Egyptian and Norse mythology are great). Anyway, I decided to call myself Horus because he was the god.

And the Kol bit was just because when I entered the internet, I realised there were a couple of others there already.

Well,

My regular username comes from a game I play every saturday called MageKnight.
And theres a faction that is called Draconum, and I'm pretty much opsessed with them. Plus I'm opsessed with dragons aswell (because there are dragons). But any thats where the draconum comes from. now the lord part... well. I just like the sound of it.

But you would pernouce it as: Drac-on-um Lord.
But the username for this forum is my first name and my last name without the last letter. lol. (it cut it out when I registered... lol)

Well there you go. the story of the username I use everywhere but here.
