ok i think floating walls might make me even more confused than i normally am - altho i have the self cleaning house - it's called owning a labrador.
don't think they thought about the remote village i live in when they commented on global tv - we only just got broadband and that is through magical tin can technology.
lol office air conditioned - lol ours is stinky conditioned if that counts - oh and there is my puter fans - do they counts as air conditioning?
no common colds - could have told me that then i'd have stopped my runny nose last month!

I think that there are alot of sceince fiction that becomes science fact and people are getting good at making it that way.

I don't think we'll ever live like that, it's a waste of resouces to use rocket roller skates or what ever.

Well the idea of every-day-use is that it is no longer a waste of resources. It's the effeciency that make it so.

When someone comes up with magnetic rockets that charge from a 110V outlet in half an hour, then everyone will have 'rocket' powered roller skates.

Same with the computer. A huge room for a eniac was not practical...
