Location: In a state of confusion
I LOVE FRUIT!!!
I eat a lot of fruit everyday but not the same fruit. I love Fresh blackberries and strawberries those are my fave. (good for the lungs) But I also eat a lot of pineapple and grapefruit (bot afe good for weight management and all around good health) grapes, kiwi or fresh cherries when in season (an excellent source of vitamin C).
Right now, Mandarin oranges, Persimmons and apples are in season - so I'm eating those - well apples are on their way out but you can still get all varieties at the markets. My favorite are the "Pink Ladies" they taste like they have champagne in them - yum!
I Juice everyday - I put golden delicious apples in for their sweetness, with carrots, spinach or cellery. Sometimes I make fruit smoothies for breakfast!
I wish we were better strangers....
