how long time do you sleep everyday? i feel tired and want to sleep now,i went to bed at 23 oclok last night.

7 hours of sleep is really good for me, sometimes I work late, into the early hours of morning so a nap does the trick in the afternoon.

I always sleep some 8 hours a day till past 5 months. Now sleeping only 5 or 6 hours since one project was making me no time, but will complete soon and will start again the same.

I always sleep 6 to 7 hours. I think that is suitable for everybody...

4 to 5 hours if I'm lucky!!! 3 jobs and a 5 yr old doesn't allow any more sleep than that!

normally 6 to 7 hours and on weekends I sleep for 12 hours..

Average for me is only 5. But it still depends on my body's need and if I'm really tired. The longest hours I've slept for is around 13 hours.

I usually sleep around 12 am or 1 am but I usually wake up at around 9 am or 8 am now

way too many every day --> 10 to 12 a day I am sound asleep.

More than I should but I have always kept odd hours. I might be up till 4 AM working on design stuff and not wake up till 11 AM or about none and start working. Alot depends on the day and what I have planned such as meetings and things of that nature. I would say on average 7 hours a day.
