how long time do you sleep everyday?

5 hours tops these days... 'cept on weekends, full 12 hours!

Usually I sleep 8 to 10 hours every day!!!!

I always sleep 7 - 8 hours weekdays. And if weekends, I usually sleep 12 hours. And sleeping in a longest hours is resulting to a headache

Best sleep is these order:

When you want sleep - you need go to sleep (all your works can wait, because only you with fresh mind can do them)
When you wake up, do not say "I want to sleep few minutes more", if you wake you need to get up.

This is simple to say, not simple to do. But it very helpful and all your day will be more productive

This week I only sleep 5-6 hours a day. Last night I slept 4:30am until 9am.

i find as a computer worker,we often spend less and less time on sleeping.

During the week normally I get 3-4 hours a night if that.. I work til 2 or 3am most nights then am back up at 6am to get the kids off to school.

On weekends I tend to get closer to 6 hours a night.

i use to sleep 6 to 8 hours in a day but when i am free i sleep near 15 hours some time

I sleep about 6 hours a night, and for whatever reason, always wake up around 6 am whether I have to be up or not! That is nice though, that gives me a little time before my 22 month old wakes up to get some work done.

man i've never had a good long sleep for quite a while... right now i get 4-5 a day.. i don't want to take sleeping pills though, i don't like the idea of me becoming dependent to it.. but anybody in here taking pills?
