I smoke possibly 30+ a day; cos i love it!!

Tell me how many you smoke (to make me feel better) if any.....

between 20 and 30, depending on stress levels, workload and finances...

I'm soon to switch to these new electronic cigarettes though, I hear they're just as good as the real thing but without the dangerous chemicals...

I'll let you know how they are when I've tried them...

I smoke about 15 - 20 a day depending on stress levels, but thinking of quiting just not sure if iam ready yet

I smoked for some time, then chewed tobacco after that. I'm totally tobacco free for almost two years now.

I smoked for 20years. I quit on Feb.14,2009. The best thing I ever did. My lungs still hutr horribly. I haven't gotten bronchitis since, but I miss them sometimes. I then see the $7 price tag and I remember how bad they made me and my checkbook feel.
