There's enough junk there as it is - I don't think it should be allowed to spill over into other forums

whym is right: the last thing we need is for the BS that comes out of there to spill into other forums. Once they die, and hopefully this is permanent, then we can start debunking V7N, Spham, and all the other crap out there.

Are you sure about that? If DP did go down, all the spammers, get-rich-quickers, etc. would look for other mediums to spew out their ideas, and would probably come over here much more often.

I'm glad they are still around, that way less of them will be over here (and it's also probably much less of a headache for the mods and admins when they don't have to clean up those messes).

That's not necessarily a bad thing, James. Think about it...if the spammers came here, they'd run into John and I. And running into either one of us isn't something a spammer wants to do.

Let 'em come, IMO. They'll leave just as quickly. This forum requires your IQ to be greater numerically than your height in inches (not an official requirement, mind you, just a practical one).
