Hi.
I live in Sri Lanka. I cant receive payment to paypal.
So I am using moneybookers, the problem is that they charge 4% of the incoming money to the site and then 23pounds when it leaves moneybookers to my bank account.
Thats a lot in total. Is there any other way, since I feel moneybookers charging 4% for the incoming payment, is way too much.

You can sign up to receive your payments from Freelancer.com via Payoneer.

Once you select Payoneer as your payment method, you will be able to choose between 2 payment options:

1) You can choose to get paid to your very own Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard card.
2) You can choose to get paid via our Local Bank Transfer service, which allows you to receive payment directly to your bank account in Sri Lanka via SWIFT, in either USD or EUR.

I have recently opened an account with moneybookers. However, while reading the terms and conditions I came across the following:
"Merchant Product/Service means any product or service offered by a Merchant to its customers and which is ordered, purchased, leased, or otherwise provided to a customer pursuant to a Transaction;

I asume freelancing is a service, so does that mean I have to register with a business account rather than a personal one?
If so, does that mean I am entiltled to paying the 19.95 euro monthly fees of "gateway usage" as specified in the merchants fees section?

Any help from current moneybookers members is highly appreciated.
[P.S. I have already contacted customer service but I haven't received a reply yet despite waiting for more than 2 working days].

I'm an employer. The other day I uploaded funds to create a milestone. $600. Since then the project is canceled - so I want my money back. - I'm deeply disappointed to see Freelancer is delaying my withdrawal by 15 days. I have been in Scriptlance for many years with a good spotless 100% record.

There is absolutely no doubt this is just a way for Freelancer to hold on to your money for no other reason than their own benefit.

Even under Funds - it says 'deposit' but you have to click several links to find any reference to withdrawal.

From now on I will think of another site rather than Freelancer. Very shoddy way to treat customers. Very disappointed.

Hello guys.
Recently i got payment at freelancer. Yesterday i got my first payment at freelancer and i requested for withdraw to moneybookars 100USD but today i got another project and now my balance is 90USD. So should i need to make a new withdraw request? my withdraw request gonna be cancel automatically if they dont found sufficient balance on my freelance account. What should i do now. do i wait or should i make new withdraw request?

I am interested in withdrawing my earnings from freelancer.com via Payoneer's Local Bank Transfer service. However, I don't see any option at freelancer.com to sign up for this process. Could you please help to register for Payoneer's Local Bank Transfer service to withdraw from freelancer.com?

For your information, I don't have any Payoneer debit card and I reside in Bangladesh.

How do I apply for one? and do I have to wait until I have made my first money, or can I apply now, and request to get my money loaded in the card, when I get it? Thanks

You need to first select Payoneer as the payment method for your Freelancer account. You will then be directed to an online application page, where you can choose to receive payments to a Payoneer card, or to your bank account using our Global Bank Transfer Service.

Payoneer is an available payment method for Freelancer. Once you've earned funds, you can choose to have them paid via Payoneer, either to a Payoneer card or using our Global Bank Transfer Service.
