So I just accepted a $750 project on Freelancer.com and have found I have a $68 bill in Paypal all of a sudden.

Is the system now billing us before payment instead of after? I wasn't made aware of this change so imagine my surprise when I suddenly drop $68. Usually it's taken from the payments made from the employer instead. Fortunately I still have enough to pay my server bills but it would have been nice to actually know this was going to happen rather than having to find out the hard way.

You'll probably need to ask your question to Freelancer support instead of posting it on the forum. Most of the moderators here don't work for Freelancer and wouldn't be able to answer your question.
