Hypothetical scenario:
You have an online business and it is doing pretty good. You branch out to another country and decided to setup an office and hired workforce there (complete with General Manager etc.) However, for some unknown reasons to your employees, you decided to hire an outsourcing company to manage your payroll and Accounting for this branch. Now the issue is, the salary delay has been persistent and the only reason the employees are getting is something like "Sorry, we won't be able to transfer funds at the moment. We had some problems with our funds too."
As an employee with your salary being delayed persistently, how would you feel? Should you inform your CEO (who's headquartered in another country) about this issue? Should you resign? Is this even legal in your country?
As a General Manager responsible for the operations in your branch, what would you do?
As a CEO, how would you address this issue?
