Now that's different. You want people prone to violent mood swings to post on your board? I'm not trying to make fun of a mental disability or anything, but that creates one heck of a game of forum Russian roulette.

Yeah, I know...but if you look around here, you'll see quite a few animated and heated discussions (of which I'm involved in approximately 40%). Sometimes they get a little out of hand...and we don't have BPD.

From the standpoint of a moderator, that's got to be a nightmare. You really don't know when one of your members will have a bad day or snap or something, and having had friends (as in two) with BPD...that gets pretty scary sometimes.

That's all I'm really saying here. You might want to rethink your idea, just from the emotional standpoint.

Don't be modest Adam, you're involved with at least 65 - 70% of those discussions

@funtimesinto - If I were you, I'd probably check some already existing depression forums (not that I visit them or anything), like this one for example:
http://www.depressionforums.org/forums/forums.html

Join another community or two and maybe place a signature link, linking back to your forums. Of course don't spam the forums with your link, just network with those that have similar interests as yours (in this case BPD).
