Looking for business partner-$1000/mo potential earnings

I want to start a PLR articles membership section on my
established website.
I have "Member Speed" (CMS Infusion) script prepared
for membership section on a website with 3000 unique visitors
per month and growing (only organic traffic and very targeted).
I have invested in this site during last 6 months and it is now
earning about $600 per month from direct sales
(internet marketing niche) and growing.
My intention is to offer PLR articles membership with
only internet marketing/online business articles
for internet marketers, with membership limit of 100 members.
Limit of only 100 members makes for high exlusivity and
it will be very attractive.
I am looking for good article writer who would
partner with me on a 50/50 basis. You would write
50-60 articles per month (or as many as you can),
I would manage everything else and we would share
earnings from articles 50%/50%. Articles should be
on hot internet marketing subjects such as traffic,
list building, seo, email marketing, various online
business subjects etc.
Let's say 5 to 6 subject batches, 10 articles per batch:
10 articles on traffic
10 articles on list building
10 articles on seo...etc.
Such membership would easily sell for $20-$25 per month
and with 100 members it would be $2000 per month,
which means that you would make steady $1000 per month
when we have 100 members. With a little promotion
(my part) there will be steady 100 members within 2-3 months.
I would also add some very strong and attractive bonuses to
this membership (I don't want to reveal them here).

Hi Mate,

Can you provide some more details about the proposed JV?

There's a lot of info I'd be interested in knowing which you might like to PM or email me.

The sort of info I'd be looking for would include the following:
- Can we look at your established site?
- How long it has been running?
- Are you prepared to show traffic and conversion rates to serious JV prospects? Is your traffic organic or PPC?
- Have you had experience with membership sites before?
- Do you have any existing PLR content?
- Do you have a structure in mind for the PLR material? Presumably it would offer members articles with a focused approach on various aspects of IM?
- Is it intended/possible for some of the profits to be utilised for marketing, PPC, etc if necessary?
- What is the preferred article size?
- Would there be the chance to expand to PLR products?
- Would the JV last as long as the writer contributes, or if a sufficient 'base' of PLR material is completed will an entitlement to profit from the venture endure the cessation of writing? (this might then provide an opportunity to focus on meatier products as referred to above). ie. Is the JV for the life of the membership site?
- Who retains the rights to the material once written? At the cessation of the JV?

Hopefully this doesn't sound overly precious. These are all factors to be considered when entering a joint venture, but I raise them more out of curiosity at this stage
