Website Designer needed!!

I plan on opening my House Of Readings (fortune telling) site in 2008. I am looking for someone that can create a SPECIAL looking (eye catching) Psychic website for me. I am willing to pay for this, but can not afford alot. I have tried many free templates, but this has not worked out too well. This site i am creating will be free to all, so i wont be making money off it, but it will be a "0ne Of A Kind" site and well looks will be very important. I already have bought the dot.com name and will be purchasing the many programs over next few months for it, so wont have alot to put in for the template,but am sure we can come to some type of arrangement (cash and/or free advertising maybe?). If you can create websites that are NOT boring looking or basic in style, please let me know and we can disscuss this. I work fulltime and raise a 3 year old grand daughter, so my time is very important and rare for me. Only serious designers please reply.
