Looking for webdisigner

Hello everybody.

I hope this is the right forum to explain what i want. First, Let me introduce myself. I'm Rick, I'm from Londen, 18 years old. Will turn 19 next august. I'm a PHP developer with 4 years experience. My job is been a Network-manager.

I've been learning to disign a webpage. But with no luck. A friend of mine made the logo's that i want to use:

I've found some webdisign's that are a example on how it must like: (Just to get a impression on how it must be.

Hey, I can help you with this project... I just formatted my computer so I frist need to get dreamweaver.. So maybe 2 or 3 days and it should be done.
Let me know if you want more than one page created, because I am figuring its all going to be dynamic right?
