I am looking for someone that has experience working with html template designs.
I will provide a Photoshop CS2 design that needs to be sliced (optimized properly) and placed into an html/xhtml/css layout. The nav bar and other elements should be easy to add/remove/edit buttons as the client needs, so it will be text and css-based.
I'm thinking div layers - not tables.
Only one page layout needs to be done.
Client is looking for a really quick turn around, but optimized slicing of images and proper coding to allow for client to make any necessary changes/additions later on.
Coder must understand basic W3C standards.
Must also be able to provide portfolio examples of sites they have coded.
Looking to hire a coder on a regular for more freelance work, but that can be discussed after..
