Banner designer needed

I am looking for banner designer. I have got lots of work so I dont have time for doing it. So I need one who can do at the cheap rate for me. I am looking for long term relationship and should have a portfolio.

Guys I was having too much workload so I created thsi thread. My all work is done now. And I have enough work that I can handle myself.
