Is there anyone for hire that can build out single templates from PSD to CSS?

I got may projects on the go and could use the help.

Sorry, I only work freelance via Odesk. They guarantee my pay. There are tons of resources there, I suggest you sign up for an account and make a posting. Their system is great, and in my opinion it has the best freelancers in the world.
