Need Help ASAP! Paying good :)

Designers!

My website, based on the FSRevolution script (www.fsrevolution.com) needs some major updates.. I have a design in place (the designer tried to integrate it into the templating system but is doing a horrible job) that I need tweaked very badly.. I will also need a few updates and am willing to pay based on quality of work!

This needs to be a quick job, and have some time dedicated ASAP to this.

You must be familiar with:
- English.. it is very hard to communicate with someone who speaks little English!
- HTML
- CSS
- basic PHP
- smarty templating system
- web design (Photoshop, etc)

I am looking to pay ~$100-400 depending on the quality of the work.

NOTE: The design is already created, I have the PSD file and I just need it integrated successfully so that it actually looks good.. a few design updates will definitely be needed, but the main design is already in place.
