Hello,
I am looking for a web master looking for a project that can pay off big, but is willing to get the project off the ground for little to no money. The design (look and feel) is taken care of. Only the functionality or programming aspects need help.
The site consists of user accounts, a community forum, a "database" for user profiles and listed items. The items get automatically matched to shoppers requests.
