I need A designer who knows flash

My company Joken Design is just starting but we need someone who would be interested per contract jobs doing design and flash. As I said were just starting so jobs are kinda intermitant.
We all ready have three programmers and our graphic designer just moved.
So if you are able to do Graphic Design, Layouts, or flash let us know!
We may have work for you!
