I am looking for someone that has experience working with html, css, javascript and php.
I have a project that is long overdue and has been mismanaged by my last coder. I have all of his code files, but they're a mess. He completely didn't get my instructions on how it should look/work as a website.
Below are links to jpg examples of how it should look visually in the end:

Overall, it's basically a photo gallery website. The interesting parts are needed transitions for menus and images so it looks really slick.
These are the things that seem to be the issues that needs to be corrected in the code for the site:
Bottom Menu- Needs to be recoded so that it is still remains flush to the bottom of the page but can dynamically resize its self when the browser window is resized, the menu remains on the bottom taking up the whole space. Or the menu has to be a set width and thats that.
- As discussed prior, this can be done with a table at the bottom, having the elements in cells etc. Though tables and flushness do not usually go hand in hand.
- Other then that the look of the menu is fine.
Building File Arrays- Arrays need to be built in order to generates lists of Galleries, followed by their respective thumbnail pictures.
Main Picture Area- Needs to be recoded so that the back white/gray canvas is flush with the browser dimension with a small margin between it and the browser edges.
- Picture inside, set height that it can't exceed.
Thumbnail Menu- New script needs to be made, so the transition of this menu slides up and down smoothly. Needs to be nice and not choppy. Just slide right on up.

Coder must be able to provide portfolio examples of sites you have coded.
Looking to hire a coder on a regular for more freelance work, but that can be discussed after..
Please let me know your price and your estimated turnaround for this project. This project is an emergency, so I will give a bonus if it can be turned around properly in under a week.
I'll give a full spec breakdown for the project once agreed to start.
If you have any questions, just let me know.
Thanks!
Bryan
