Need Web Designer Able to Make Fashionable Layouts Monthly pay!

I need to see a Port a really nice prot.
I am making a website that is going to be Fashion Based. So It has to be Great everything must be great. The name of the Web Site is called Gothic Prudes. You must have an open mind... There will be monthly pay.
What I need you to do.

I am trying to get affiliated with MAC make up I need somone who can push this website in the right direction. So remember this is not a one time job this is a monthly job so you will be getting paid monthly so I need you to be able to commit to working on the website atleast once a month

- Creative website layout
- Create Graphics (Banner, Buttons) Stuff like that.
- Come up with new ideas that we can do to the website.
- Photo Gallerys
- Monthly Upkeep Monthly up keep will include Changen Layout. (Not every month but when ever Needed)
- Codeing maybe even simple php...

I am not sure about the php thing cause I really don't know if it will even be needed.

The web portfolio is work I've done for other clients, and it doesn't necessarily reflect everything I'm capable of, as work is usually done as per the client's request.
