Wed Designer wanted!

hi. i am looking for a web designer who will work for web linkbacks and ad revenue. i have a budget of 0, but will offer the above for around 2 years. i want a flash games site. here is the basics;
-flash games. i suggest using a game script
-option to join. must join after so many plays
-links page
-like www.gamefrat.com
